Before your home hits the market, we’ll work together to ensure it’s presented in the best light possible. Here are a few tips to help get your home ready:

• Touch Up Paint – A fresh coat of paint on both the interior and exterior can make a big difference.
• Clean or Replace Carpets – If any areas are worn, consider cleaning or replacing carpets to ensure the home feels fresh.
• Deep Clean – A sparkling clean home with no odors is essential to making a great first impression.

3. During the Listing Period

• Review Offers Carefully – I’ll help you evaluate and negotiate offers to ensure you’re getting the best deal.
• Adjust Pricing and/or Condition if Necessary – If offers are nonexistent or lower than expected, we may need to reassess the price or change the condition of the home based on feedback to keep interest high.
